If you are having any difficulties using your Magic Sing microphone and can not find the answer in the manual provided with the unit, then please click on the FAQ link (Frequently Asked Questions) on the left to see if your question has been answered there. If you can not find the information you are looking for in the FAQ, then please email us using the "Contact Us" link on the left.

Magic Sing offers a 12 month UK warranty for all Magic Sing products purchased from Magic Sing UK authorised dealers. Please send in your completed warranty card within 14 days of purchasing the product. Magic Sing UK can only provide a UK warranty for official UK Magic Sing units distributed through authorised Magic Sing dealers please click here for a list of authorised dealers. If you have purchased a unit from another country or non-authorised UK dealer selling products imported from other countries please contact the original place of purchase.

If you think your Magic Sing unit has a fault covered by the warranty please contact the place of purchase first. If your problem can not be resolved then contact our service department here. Please do not send the unit back for service until a service representative has issued you with a service authorisation number (SAN).
